POND is an experimental music and sound label based in Dublin.
Jamie Lemoine creates experimental music compositions and soundscapes, combining electronic music and lo-fi hip-hop with field recordings and random samples. Jamie creates sound installations, both solo and in collaboration with others, and has performed live experimental sound pieces in cultural venues. POND label releases music from Jamie’s various sound projects and also his musical collaborations with others.

Recent Sound Projects:
Tree 68 at IMMA, Earth Rising 2024. Site-specific research and sound installation, IMMA Grounds — commissioned by the Irish Museum of Modern Art for Earth Rising, September 2024.
Jamie created 30 minutes of music compositions for the project using field recordings taken at the site.
Sustainable Sculpture Exhibition, Trinity Green Week, 2024. A creative ecological research project in response to the Physics Garden site in the grounds of Trinity College Dublin.
Jamie composed “A Soundtrack for Looking” for the GRASS project.

Kohler Lemoine
Kohler Lemoine is a collaborative sound project between Jamie Lemoine and artist Susanne Kohler. We create sound collages and sonic manipulations using field recordings made by Susanne combined with computer generated sounds.

Kohler Lemoine has created sound installations and live performances at project spaces in Berlin, including “HOLLER MIKE ONE” (an anagram of our names), a sound performance featuring field recordings made in the Mount Etna region of Italy by Susanne Kohler. Performed at tête (invited by April Gertler and Adrian Schiesser).
